These Terms govern the use of the digital services (online courses, content) available on the marketingcool.hu website.
1. The provider
The provider's company details (name, registered seat, tax number, registration number, contact) will be provided in the final version.
2. Subject of the service
Sale of and access to digital educational content (online courses, lessons, materials).
3. Order and payment
Orders are placed through the checkout flow. Payment is handled by Barion's secure system; the provider does not store card data. Invoices are issued automatically by Számlázz.hu.
4. Withdrawal for digital products
For digital content, the right of withdrawal ceases once performance has begun; see the Withdrawal page and the checkout waiver for details.
5. Liability
The provider compiles the content to the best of its knowledge; the business result of applying it depends on the user.
