Newsletter: email address. Registration/purchase: name, email, billing data. Measurement: anonymised usage data, based on consent.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Newsletter: consent. Contract performance: purchase. Legal obligation: invoicing. Legitimate interest: fraud prevention, security.
4. Processors
Hosting (Vercel), database and auth (Supabase), payment (Barion), invoicing (Számlázz.hu), newsletter (MailerLite, when active). Data processing agreements are in place with them.
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
